Graham Cole

Like so many of the partners at Wenn Townsend, Graham has been with the company for over 20 years, and has been a partner since 1997. Graham has a number of specialisms and interests, including working with charities on issues such as set up, governance and audit. His clients include Charitable Investment Companies (CICs) and Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs). He also focuses on the construction, retail, theatre and entertainment sectors, and acts for companies in areas such as profit extraction and exit routes, and on pension scheme accounts. Highly respected in the field, Graham provides expert advice and support to his clients and to other bodies on a range of research and development claims. Using his accountancy skills to support his interests outside the office, Graham is Treasurer of the Oxford 41 Club, and auditor of accounts for Oxford Round Table.
