Keith Middleton

Keith is the Senior Partner at Wenn Townsend. With over 35 years in accountancy practice, including 11 years at Deloittes and a spell working for them in France, he has been a partner at Wenn Townsend since 1987. Keith is a highly respected and authoritative forensic accountant who gives expert witness evidence in court on matters of both criminal and civil cases. He has received a Chief Constable’s Commendation for his work with the police. In addition to this, he specialises in corporate finance, including business reorganisations and ownership strategies; film industry matters such as tax credit and EIS issues; as well as matters relating to agriculture, property development, family trusts, and owner managed businesses. Alongside his distinguished career as an accountant, Keith is President Elect of Oxford North Rotary Club and is a former Chair of the Oxford 41 Club. When he is not working, Keith enjoys playing real tennis and can be seen regularly at the annual Glastonbury Music Festival!
