Adestra Limited engaged the services of Andrew Kilby and Wenn Townsend to take over processing of our monthly payroll and year end reporting. Their services were engaged at extremely short notice to provide cover for unexpected sickness absence. Despite the lack of time to prepare Andrew came for an ‘emergency’ meeting to gather the information about our payroll processes and the reporting we required, returning just a few days later to process the payroll in-house and complete a thorough migration of our payroll to their in-house facilities. Because they offer such a bespoke service we were even given the opportunity to retain the same software, so nothing at all changed for us. Once a month we emailed through the payroll information using the same process and documentation we used in-house and Andrew and his team have accommodated our every requirement … no matter how late we provided the information. No matter what delays or queries we presented him with, without fail Andrew ensured our payroll was processed and returned to us with his unstinting calm and good humour. Our year end reporting and the migration to RTI all happened with no effort on our part, and Andrew has always been there to answer any queries we may have and offer advice on best practice solutions.
