Our personnel are the most vital part of our success, and that is why we continue to promote, train, and develop from within, whilst bolstering our workforce through recruitment, enabling us to offer our services to more clients than ever before.
Throughout 2023 we have had some exciting staffing news, firstly with the promotion of Ben Hayes to Partner. Having been with us for over 20 years, Ben embodies all of our values and ethos, and will now be able to offer his extensive range of skills to even more clients.
To fill the role of Director of Audit and Assurance, Michael Laws has been promoted. Since joining in 2016 on our ACA graduate trainee programme Michael has shown himself excellent with both clients and colleagues, having risen from associate to manager, and now continues to develop our audit and assurance offering for current and prospective clients. Congratulations to both Ben and Michael.
In addition, every year we take on a cohort of trainees to join our graduate trainee programme, and this year is no different. We are delighted to welcome Anna and David to our audit department, and Justin and Ryan to our accounts department. They have all already become integral parts of the team, working closely with their experienced colleagues, and we wish them success in their journey with us.
