What is Pleo?
Over the new few months we’ll be providing a more in depth look at what Pleo is and how it can help your business, but as an overview Pleo is a ‘smart’ credit card. You can set your staff up with their own company credit card which, when they purchase something using it, instantly notifies you of the purchase. Staff are then prompted to add a receipt and add some information regarding what was purchased.
Why are we partnering with Pleo?
For us as your outsourcing team we believe Pleo is a great system for removing the manual work of managing expenses, and the key to this is the integration with accounting software systems including Xero and Quickbooks. The ease with which Pleo can be set up and run by your business makes it a no brainer for you and us.
